For Artists of the Year 2018, I created screens for a duet of Allison Krauss's classic cover of "Ghost in this House" featuring her and Kelsea Ballerini. Show producers asked for a look to create the feel of a lonely home to match the themes of the song. In-show shots and approval previews shown below. In the same show, I also designed, animated and oversaw further production for screens for Maren Morris and Brandi Carlile's stirring performance of "Natural Woman." The rendition was both a tribute to the recently passed Aretha Franklin and a celebration of women. It was designed to evoke the feel of a classic jazz club with smokey sconces that brightened and dimmed over the course of the song. Gently undulating green and purple neon tubes provided additional motion.
